Shore of Refuge, plein aire painting

"Shore of Refuge"

Got to go out on a paint-out last week.  It was windy and cold, so we painted under a pavilion on the inter coastal side (at the House of Refuge) instead of the actual beach.  Tried to capture the feeling of stormy weather, with the sun breaking through.  By the time I finished up, the sun came out and it was absolutely beautiful! I have one in progress from the photos I took on the ocean side of this area.  It looks like completely different days!

Enjoy!
